We’ve updated the Super Early Bird dates for both events.
ATO is making it possible for you to save big bucks by ordering your tickets to March’s All Things Open AI and October’s All Things Open main event early.
We’ll make this short but we want to pass it on.
FOSS Force just heard from Todd Lewis who runs All Things Open, the organization behind the conference by the same name (as well as lots of other events in the Carolinas), and he told us about some super discounted tickets that will be available for a couple of ATO events — including All Things Open, the big tent event that takes place every October. In addition, Super Early Bird prices — meaning greatly discounted prices — are also going to be happening for the much anticipated All Things Open AI, which will have it’s first-ever run in March.
“The Super Early Bird was so successful last year, we’ve decided to do it again for both ATO 2025 and the new AI event,” Lewis told FOSS Force. “The special allows us to save our community money, which is always a focus, while also appealing to people with year-end budgets to spend. So, it’s a win-win for everyone.”
These prices will only be in effect for a limited time, so in this case haste makes savings…not waste!
ATO AI: Discounts on both presentations and workshops
Monday, March 17, the conferences first day will be a Workshop Day, with three all-day, hands-on workshops focusing on 1). Building RAG Implementations, 2). AI Agents, and 3). Desktop Productivity.
- Desktop Productivity, a 100 level session will cost $199 during the sale or $499 afterwards.
- Building RAG Implementations, a 200 level session, will cost $399, but will increase to $799 after the sale.
- AI Agents, a 300 level session, will cost $499 during the sale, with an increase to $899 post sale.
Tuesday, March 18, the conferences second day, will be a traditional conference day with 15 and 45 minutes sessions across three tracks — each with a distinctive persona: AI Builders, AI Engineers, and AI Users. Prices for the day have been reduced to $99, but will go up to $199 and $299 after the sale is over.
You will be able to purchase tickets at Super Early Bird Prices for one week: from November 29 (Black Friday) to Friday, December 6. You’ll find the link to registerer and purchase your tickets on the All Things Open AI website.
Super discounts on All Things Open — North America’s premiere open-source event!
If you’ve never been to All Things Open, the big tent event that happens every October at the Raleigh Convention Center, and which attracts people from all over the world, you owe it to yourself to go. Each year the conference is spread across three days (October 12-14 for 2025), but the first day, always a Sunday, consists of Inclusion & Diversity and Community Leadership Summit, two co-located events that are always free. The next two days (Monday and Tuesday) is when the All Things Open magic takes place, and that’ll normally cost you $99, $199, and $299 depending in when you order, which is already a bargain when you consider that admission to similar events cost upwards of $1,000.
However, if you purchase your tickets during the Super Early Bird Special, $79 will get you both days, including all of the presentations you can squeeze in, as well as lunch on both days to boot. The good news is that this special will last a bit longer than the special for the AI event. For All Things Open’s main event, Super Early Bird special pricing will begin on November 29 (Black Friday) and continue through the entire month of December, ending on December 31!
You can take advantage of this special by purchasing your tickets on the All Things Open website from Black Friday through Cyber Monday.
Enjoy!
